01 Preparation and scoping phase

We review and understand your challenge, project or vision - free of charge.

In the preparation phase, Code Flyers sets up a discovery meeting with the customer to understand the scope of a challenge or agree on the implementation plan, roles, tasks, timeline and ambitions.

During this phase, a detailed implementation plan will be created where roles and communication between Code Flyers and the customer are established and agreed. Furthermore, we will gain an understanding of specific customer needs and create user stories together with the customer that will be implemented in the establishment phase. Code Flyers will also gain insight into the current situation and collect data and other relevant information from the customer.

02 Establishment phase

Code Flyers will establish the customer environment with a focus on user stories if it is a new project. In case it is a rescue operation we are focusing on assessing, cleaning up, and restoring any documentation.

The user stories will be tested by the customer in workshops or through self-assessment according to an agreed plan in the preparation phase. The customer will also receive relevant training from Code Flyers if necessary.

The solution will go live after acceptance by the customer. Once the case study and plan that solves the problem is approved by you, we sign the NDA (also DPA if needed) and deploy a team or delegate a dedicated resource to join your team.

03 Operation and management phase

Code Flyers team can join your development team or can operate and manage solutions through a "managed service" plan.

This includes, among other things, project/product management, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and other support throughout the entire customer relationship.

Operation and management can be done entirely by Code Flyers, or in collaboration with internal resources in the business. You can therefore rest assured that your Software or IT environment is updated, managed and secured at all times, so that you can spend more time on your core business.

04 Continuous development and assistance phase

The core of the model is about us delivering in a continuous partnership. This means that we create value as a proactive partner where changes and new needs can be realized continuously. Competence and capacity can be scaled up or down as needed, so that you always have the right resources available.
